is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project launched in September 2024.
Our goal is to transform life sciences in higher education by integrating deep tech into research commercialization and entrepreneurial initiatives.
At DeepBioTech, we cultivate a startup-minded ecosystem where ambition meets innovation, empowering life science entrepreneurs to reshape the future with deep tech.
In a rapidly evolving global landscape, universities, researchers, and entrepreneurs must bridge the gap between scientific discovery and commercialization. DEEPBIOTECH fosters this transition by equipping life science students and entrepreneurs with deep tech knowledge, creating an ecosystem catering for innovation and impact.
Our mission is to modernize life science education by incorporating deep tech into curricula, support life science startups in using deep tech for their growth, facilitate collaboration between universities and industry for effective technology transfer, and enable researchers to access investment opportunities for innovation.
We aim to create a life sciences entrepreneurship course with micro-credentials and a toolkit for university transformation, launch a digital platform for deep tech immersion and investor matchmaking, organize four hackathons and five open days, and certify 300 students, 150 lecturers, and 150 platform users.
